The novel I am currently working on is set in a place called Edison. I created Edison from a hodge-podge of towns I have been in and around in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. I currently live with my family in a suburb of Pittsburgh, but I grew up in the countryside in eastern Ontario, so the rolling hills, farmland, and forests of the land outside of the city is close to my heart. When I had to think of a location to set my story, I decided to create a fictional town and set it there.
